Policies & billing, explained plainly.

By creating an account or using Seenan.ai, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use Seenan.ai. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated.

Acceptable use — prohibited content. You may not use Seenan.ai to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

• Depicts, sexualizes, or endangers minors in any way — zero tolerance, immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities (e.g. NCMEC in the US) where required by law.
• Depicts a real, identifiable person in a sexual, defamatory, or otherwise non-consensual context — including "deepfakes" — without that person's explicit consent.
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Is intended to harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against any individual or group.
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including fraud, or is used to generate non-consensual intimate imagery of any person, real or fictional presented as real.
• Violates the usage policies of the underlying AI providers (BytePlus, Google Gemini, Kling, Ideogram, Luma) that actually render your request — each of those providers can independently reject a request that breaks their own rules.

Enforcement. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy, without a refund of unused credits, and may report unlawful content (particularly anything involving minors) to law enforcement.

Ownership of what you generate. Subject to the restrictions above and to the underlying model providers' own terms, you own the output you generate and are responsible for how you use it.

Service "as is". Seenan.ai is provided without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, unexpected, or occasionally reflect biases present in the underlying models — review output before relying on or publishing it.

Copyright complaints (DMCA). If you believe content generated or hosted on Seenan.ai infringes your copyright, contact Support with the material's location and your ownership claim, and we'll investigate and remove it if warranted.

Changes. We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Seenan.ai collects only what's needed to run your account: your email, name, and authentication details (password hash or OAuth identity from Google/GitHub), plus the prompts and generations you create so you can revisit them in your Library.

What we don't do: we don't sell your data to third parties, and we don't use your private generations to train third-party models without your consent.

Third-party model providers. When you generate content, your prompt is sent to the underlying AI provider needed to fulfill that specific request — BytePlus ModelArk, Google Gemini, Kling (KLING Open Platform), Ideogram, or Luma, depending on which model you pick — subject to their own processing terms.

Cookies. We use a small number of essential cookies: your session cookie (keeps you signed in), a theme preference, and — if you arrived via a referral link — a short-lived cookie to credit the right referrer.

Your rights. You can request a copy of your data or full account deletion at any time via Support.

Subscriptions. If you're unhappy within the first 7 days of a new paid plan and haven't used more than 20% of that month's token allowance, we'll issue a full refund — just reach out via Support.

Token top-ups. One-time token purchases are non-refundable once at least one generation has consumed tokens from that purchase, since the underlying model cost has already been incurred.

Failed generations. If a generation fails due to a platform or model-provider error (not a policy violation on your prompt), the tokens are automatically credited back to your balance — no request needed.

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and typically resolved within 3–5 business days.

Paid plans (Starter, Plus, Pro, Wonder) renew automatically each billing cycle — monthly by default, or annually if you switch the billing toggle on Pricing for a 20% discount.

Your monthly token allowance refreshes on your renewal date and does not roll over — unused tokens expire at the end of the cycle, while separately purchased top-up tokens never expire.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing & Tokens. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-period charges.

A failed renewal payment triggers two automatic retries over 5 days before the plan is paused; your account and Library stay intact.

Top-up tokens are applied instantly and are spent after your plan's monthly allowance, so your regular tokens are always used first.

Every model shows its exact token cost per generation before you run it, so there are never surprise charges.
